Was disappointed because I wasn't aware of the procedure of purchasing alcohol. Was informed I had to go back to the back of the store to pay for my bottle of wine. And being that I had done my shopping & being that I am disabled I did not feel well enough to go back to where I had just walked from to pay for it. Here go Giant Eagle missed a sale & I figured I could get my Arbor Mist somewhere else.

Unfriendly staff (probably because theyre overworked due to understaffing), understaffed (10 carts in line for one cashier at 8 AM), training issues, overcharged on two items. My first time there and it will be my last.
