The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for much of western Pennsylvania on Saturday. The National Weather Service said the advisory is for Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango and Washington counties, beginning at noon and continuing until 8 p.m. (Click here to read the alert for your county.) As of 6:20 p.m. Saturday, Duquesne Light reported over 34,000 customers without power. West Penn said over 77,000 customers in our area had no electricity, with over 26,000 in Mercer County alone.
